How we handle enquiry information

This policy explains how WONDERMERCH TRADE LLP handles information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

The trade enquiry form collects your first name, last name, business email, product interest, message and an optional phone number. Security services may also process technical request information such as an IP address and browser details to protect the form from misuse.

How we use it

We use the information to review and respond to your request, clarify product and commercial requirements, maintain the related business conversation, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or confirm product availability.

Service providers and international processing

Enquiries are stored temporarily on Cloudflare infrastructure and synchronized to HubSpot, our customer-relationship management provider. Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting protect the form against automated misuse. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable data-protection terms.

Retention

Successfully synchronized enquiries are removed from Cloudflare D1 after 30 days. Records that cannot be synchronized are retained for up to 90 days for recovery and troubleshooting. The HubSpot copy and related business correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Sharing and security

We do not sell enquiry information. We share it only with service providers supporting the enquiry, parties needed to fulfil a later transaction, or authorities when required by law. Access is limited to people and systems that need the information for those purposes.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, subject to applicable law and record-keeping requirements. The enquiry form is not used to obtain consent for unrelated marketing.
